Examination Rooms
We have nine medical examination rooms, designed to provide a suitable setting for patient care and assessment, along with a shared waiting room offering a comfortable space for those awaiting their appointment.
Coworking
This level houses a coworking space with 18 workstations, a kitchen, two video-conference rooms, and a meeting room for the team and visiting professionals.
Pharmacy
This area has restricted access and double enclosure. It features controlled storage with data loggers, with continuous temperature monitoring to ensure the conditions required by each medication.
Laboratory
We have a blood draw room, a sample processing area, two centrifuges (one refrigerated), and a -20°C freezer.
Reception
This is the reception area and first point of contact with patients. Here, appointments are managed, active medical records are filed, and daily care is organized. It has a main entrance for patients and a side entrance for staff and couriers. It also includes an AED, a restroom, and an appointment management system that effectively coordinates visits and notifies the relevant team.
Coordinators' Room
The work area for study coordinators is equipped with 10 workstations, system access, and document archiving.
Infusion Room
We have a breakfast area for patients, fully equipped examination rooms, and an infusion room for chemotherapy treatments, a key space for overseeing oncology studies.
Monitoring Room
We have spaces dedicated to meetings, monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
Basement
This area stores the medical records of patients no longer attending the center, as well as regulatory files for completed studies. It also houses a temperature-controlled -80°C freezer, a UPS, and an electric generator to ensure operation during power outages. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel.
Multipurpose Hall
A space dedicated to training and events. It features a conference room equipped with an interactive screen, ideal for courses, workshops, and training sessions for both staff and patients. It also has an outdoor terrace.
